Monocartons

Mono cartons are cartons used for compact packaging of products. They are highly customizable & facilitates a large number of applications across industries. Most cartons mainly come in two formats - folding cartons and rigid box cartons. Folding cartons are those which are manufactured from a single sheet board. It can be paperboard, corrugated board or fiberboard. A single sheet is die-cut according to a template and is then folded to make a box or a tray.

Corrugated Boxes

The term “Corrugated” refers to a specific type of material that is actually composed of three different sheets of container board, which are basically like thick paperboard. The two sheets on the outside are flat liners and the sheet in the middle has a rippled shape.

Corrugated boxes keep products safe during long-distance transportation, shipping, and handling. The type of corrugated protection can be adjusted for fragile and delicate items using varied thicknesses and sizes. The wavy fluted medium provides a lightweight layer of protection.

Rigid Boxes

Made of strong paperboard overlaid with printed and embellished paper, leather, or fabric wraps, rigid boxes offer an excellent mix of product protection and perceived luxury. Generally larger than folding cartons, rigid(set-up) boxes are made of thick 36 to 120 pt board overlaid with a printed paper wrap.

Plastic Crates/Trays

Plastic crates are used for storage of various goods and for shipping from one location to another. The goods are positioned in a crate, with or without cover, and set or stacked onto a pallet loaded onto a transportation vehicle such as truck, train or car and shipped to its destination.

Laminated Pouches

Laminating pouches provide a protective covering that seals paper articles between two layers of plastic. This affords an all-round protective surface that is both flexible and sturdy. Laminating pouches can thus be employed for a wide range of uses, everything from to protecting documents to creating ID cards.

  • Laminating pouches make lamination as simple as possible. Just place your document inside the pouch and run it through your pouch laminator. It's that easy! Pouches work best for individual documents, but you can also laminate several smaller items in one pouch.
  • It can be kinda difficult to open up the laminating pouch as it is pretty sticky, but there will only be one sealed side. You want to make sure that you are placing the sealed end of the laminating sheet into the machine first. 1 of 2 found this helpful.
  • Lamination Printing is the process of applying a thin layer of plastic to paper or card sheets to enhance and protect the printed matter. Common types of laminate are gloss, matt and silk. Lamination is often used for packaging, book covers, brochures, business cards and other printed items.
